hello, i am a 17 year old boy and about 4 weeks ago i woke up with the end of my penis burning and this did not go away, it also hurt to urinate but i waited 6 days with these symptoms present constantly, but i didnt want to go to the doctor as i have an application in for the royal marines so i dont want any health complications, i went to the doctor in the end was prescribed antibiotics as he suspected a uti, these worked for 2 days as my symptoms left but i got extremely tired and fatigued on the third day and my symptoms came back worse. i got prescribed a different antibiotics in which i had the exact same thing as the first medicine. i am now off antibiotics but i am dizzy constantly and have been for about 4 weeks, it is really affecting me, i had a urine test and it tested negative for bacteria so the doctor closed my case. i dont know what to do, it still hurts to urinate, ejaculate, and also get some aching at night below the scrotum, i am constantly dizzy where i cannot go about my daily routines as good as i could, this will no doubt get me thrown out of the royal marines process even though i had a start date for march, someone please give their thoughts and advice i would appreciate anything

First of all never hesitate to approach doctor in early stage. It will save you from complications and will not bother your future. Don't ignore any pains more than two days. To answer your question

    Two possible things.

One may be pelvic muscle spasm due to improper stretch or any wrong workouts. Another one may be epididymitis. Your doctor might have ruled out for testicle torsion as well i believe based on your symptoms but take those information as knowledge for future. Try to identify earlier. Ask and get clarified with your doctor and trust them. Go and consult specialist if required. Because overthinking will add more stress.

I hope what you suffering from now might be due to sport injury and try Bathsitz. Do proper strech and can consult with physiotherapist specialized in pelvic treatment.

Be aware that sexual activity like unprotected any form of sex included oral sex/ anal sex also leads to this issue and it cannot be detected in clinical urine test. if anybody under 18 undergone to sexual activities may considered as child abuse in most countries.
