Hi,

I am a 28 years old Indian male, I have had a history with slight abnormal liver enzymes which was told by doctors is because of mild fatty liver.

I have also had a history with jaundice for a month in 2012

As I was old by my doctor to keep a check on my liver on yearly basis, so this year results came more than out of proportion. ( I have attahed the said reports)

With Stiffness Level : 10.4 Kpa

CAP (UAP) : 308 db/m

Bilirubin Total = 0.5 mg/dl (NORMAL RANGE 0.2 - 1.0)

Bilirubin Direct = 0.10 mg/dl (NORMAL RANGE 0.00 - 0.20)

Bilirubin Indirect = 0.4 mg/dl (NORMAL RANGE 0.1-1.0)

Total Protein = 7.2 g/dl (NORMAL RANGE 6.4 - 8.2)

Albumin = 4.3 g/dl(NORMAL RANGE 3.4 - 5.0)

Globulin = 2.9 g/dl(NORMAL RANGE 2.0 - 4.1)

Albumin/Globulin Ratio = 1:5(NORMAL RANGE 1:0 - 2:1)

Aspertate Aminotransferase (AST/SGOT)= 30 u/l (NORMAL RANGE 15 - 37)

Alanine Phosphatase (ALT/SGPT) = 125 u/l(NORMAL RANGE < 45)

Alkaline Phosphatase = 134 u/l(NORMAL RANGE 30 - 120)

Gamma Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) = 129 u/l (NORMAL RANGE 15 - 85)

Lactate Dehydrogenase = 260 u/l (NORMAL RANGE 100 - 190)

I have a sedentary lifestyle, with minimal physical activity and till a month back I used to consume a lot of alcohol and a lot of junk food.

I have been clean for a month now.

Please have a look at my reports and guide me.

I want to know:

  • What does this signify?
  • Can it be reversed in my age?
  • How to reverse it? Please leave no detail. And what changes do I need to make other than exercise, clean food and abstinence from alcohol?

I am 200% dedicated to reverse it, please reply with diligence.

My marriage is due in 4 months 😢
