I have h pylori but am wondering how long into the antibiotic therapy I’ll feel better

Hey everyone! It all started with a simple UTI. After being on countless antibiotics i was cleared Of UTI but still had most the symptoms, especially frequency! Then the GERD came on STRONG, acid reflux, chest burning/pain, gallbladder pain, kidney pain, stomach pains, back pains, abdominal pains, diaphram pain. Theb muscle soreness (primarily legs and right calf muscle). Complete loss of appetite , i was thin and lean and used to lift heavy and eat very clean, lost most my muscle mass in a month... Its hard to stomach more than 1000 calories. Started getting lump in throat sensation. Xrays and ct scans ruled everything out, then got an endoscopy which diagnosed me w h pylori but no ulcer. Im on 500 mg metronizadole BID, 500 mg Clarithromyicn BID, & Protonix 40 MG BID. 2 days into treatment and having horrible stomach cramps and still pain and frequency of urination. I researched this and found that quite a few women had urinary issues with H pylori and after triple antibiotic therapy it eradicates it. Can anyone tell me if theyve been on triple antibiotic therapy and how long it took to feel better?? Please, im restless, its been a month . My quality of life is awful and ive never been more depressed in my life . Any reassurance would be great
