I have had 02 paracetamol overdoses in past 3yrs. how can i check if my liver is damaged?

I have taken Panadol( a Paracetamol brand) twice. first time i had over 15 pills and second time(a month ago) 13 pills. first time i threw up after few hours and the second time nothing happened. i was wide awake and felt a bit dizzy.

I was depressed and i didnt want to feel any pain.

What are the possible damages? and how can i avoid any damages been done?

I am scared now that i wish to live and have a better life and have kids. I am 26 and female.
