I have had blisters aside and underfeet for 10 years. What must i do?

Recently i have also penis skin blister every after 2 months.

now my throat is dry despite taking alot of water.

kindly help?

    In my opinion, there may be a number of reasons behind the blister in penis,. It can be genital herpes or any fixed drug eruption. Have you started taking any drug in the near past? The reason behind the blister underfeet and penis may be same or may not be same. You should contact a doctor immediately.
