Sorry to hear about your problem. I suffered with this myself but I found a relatively easy way to handle it. Below is my response to another contributor to this forum with a similar issue--hope it helps you.

"About the piles--as you've had banding I'm assuming your existing piles are about grade 2 or 3. This is my condition as well--I've had the banding procedure done twice and my piles returned both times. The next surgical option was the classic hemorriodectomy; I was signed up for this but then canceled it after I read about the long and painful recovery period.
These days my piles are not causing me any pain as I do the following daily:
1. During a bowel movement I sit as forward as possible and bend down and hold my ankles to try to remove as much external pressure as possible on my bottom.
2. I make the session as quick as possible (without straining).
3. Afterwards I gently cleanse the area with soap and water. I then apply an over-the-counter cortisone cream (the one I use also has aloe), and then gently push the piles back into the rectum using one or two fingers. Rarely I may have push them back more than once for them to stay in place.
This whole process takes just a few minutes but then I'm pain-free the rest of the day. You might want to give it a try as it's quick and there's no down-side to doing it. "

Just wondering if you had a chance to try my suggestion, and if it gave you any relief.

I spent many years investigating the best solution and, in the end, I found that THD surgery was the only one remedy.
