I have had mouth rash for 2 years on and off

Hello,

For the past 2 years I have been having a red rash inside of my mouth which usually goes away after 2-3 days. Sometimes there are also white little circles in there. My ENT did blood work, tested for Strep and also did a biopsy...nothing.

They referred me to infectious disease although whatever I am experiencing has not affected my wife or anybody else in my household.

Before I experience the rash I feel a scratchy throat for 1-2 days and after that usually my lymph nodes flare up and mouth sore start to appear.

I have been trying to figure this out for so long any suggestion helps at this point.
