Hi, my name is Jean (pronounced shaan) and I am in 8th grade. I Was surfing one day, and the winds were blowing at tremedous speeds. I had got myself a nice wave, but I fell into the water.I jumped out of the water, and the wind had picked up my board and smashed it into my head. We visited the docter after a few days, because I had started to form some pretty bad headachs. She told us that I had a minor concussion, but it was nothing to worry about. After a while, my headaches had gotten worse, so we went to a chairopractor. The board had shifted my neck slightly And that was causing tension in all of my body, but most importantly, my neck. The pain was so bad, that ne needed to stick a needle (my arc nemises) into the muscles of my neck to make them bleed. That helped quite a bit. Now, 5 weeks later it has gotten so bat that I can't do school anymore. I literally spent half an hour working on one page in maths. My memory has gotten to the point of a goldfishes. Please, if there is some medication that might work on me please tell. Or if there is something we sould try, please tell me that. Don't suggest something crazy like getting an MRI. Those cost R13 000 ($1 075).

Hey, I'm in year 8 and I have had pain like this that came on for no reason. It has been there 11 months. Hmm let me think... You could try Pizotifen? It's quiet a light medication, maybe 0.5 mg? Will you describe the headache for me? Place? Type of pain? etc. I was told there is no medication. In your country, do they have a pain management service? Could be worth seeing a psychologist? Are you exposed to a lot of technology? Does it make it worse? Are you sleeping ok? Any other symptoms?
My diagnosis was chronic head pain, migraines which has triggered possible fibromyalgia, causing me incredible back, body pain and sometimes making it hard to walk.
