Hello,

I have had really bad panic attacks to the point that I became suicidal. It's been 3 years and my heart feels heavy but since a month or two I changed my psychiatrist and I honestly feel a lot better.

I am taking the following medications on the advice of my psychiatrist:

  1. Questa Plus - 1 Tab at night
  2. Valdiv ER 500 mg - 1 Tab at night
  3. Ducent 20 mg - 1 Tab in morning and 1 Tab at night
  4. Clozio MD 0.5 mg - 1 Tab in morning and 1 Tab at night
  5. Migvon SR 40 mg - 1 Tab in morning and 1 Tab at night
  6. Quatan 50 mg - 1 Tab at night
  7. Buspin 10 mg - 1 tab in morning and 1 tab at night

Also I didn't really have had a hair-fall problem prior to this, now whenever I go to my bathroom and try to pull out my hair so at least 30-40 fall out. I think I am having anxiety due to the foods I am eating as well, also my head is itching.

I want to ask you all, what to take to manage the side effects of these medicines? I am already doing workout daily. And having a good amount of water with lemon.

Regards,

that would be a good question for your doctor or a pharmacist. you’re taking a lot of medication so it would be best to get an answer from a professional. Best wishes!
