I have had pinworms for a while now and what are some good home remedies that work to get rid of pinworms

I've noticed them before but never really thought of them as that big of a deal! Then as I got older maybe around like last week i started to notice that they were coming at Night and making me itchy! i don't want to tell my parents, they are very strict and will assume that i have bad hygiene when I don't! Help me please! what are some over the counter medicines.....please help 😟
