Its remained the same size for the most part and only feels a bit sensitive today to touch but before I didn't feel anything when i touched it. I am getting worried is there any way to treat this by myself or is it serious? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

yo, i have something like this too, when i touched it, it didnt hurt, but then i touched it too much and it got bigger and started to hurt when i touched it
