I have had this bump/scab thingy on my head for several months. I tweezed, white stuff and blood

The white stuff was kinda like pimple, but its the diameter of a dime.  Then it bled a little, Still more in there.  I used the tweezers, but I'm afraid to dig deeper

    It looks bad because its in my part.  But It doesn't itch, it hurts and totally bugs me!

    Looks like a cyst.   It may recur, ie start filling again. The only sure cure way is to have it excised by your doctor or dermatologist. usually done under a local anaesthetic.
