I have had this for months, possibly a year, could this be cancerous?

hello my name is elissa, currently a 19 year old female. i was recently at the doctors for a while. i complained of upper and mid abdominal pain (mainly on the right), back pain, nausea, chills, (ive had a couple fevers), severe bloating, constipation, really bad diarrhea, and stiff/tightness in my back, abdominal area, and even chest. its so tender and sharp the pain i cant even sleep, or even touch my stomach. ive had this for months and possibly a year and its just gotten worse. i had an ultrasound and MRI and they found a 3 inch hepatic adenoma tumor on my liver, a half inch fat mass on my liver, and a type 1 bosniak cyst on my left kidney. to be honest with you, i was going to go to the hospital because every day it gets worse and i cant take it its just nasty. im in pain, cant sleep, and im just in shock. i had a strong intuition something was wrong with my body, no one believed me especially the drs. im at the point now where i feel like its malignant. i took oral contraceptives for my pcos and i do have beta thalassemia which they believed caused it. i wish i could know the answers right away but my whole body feels like it cant function. im going to a specialist tomorrow at the hospital that my GI told me to go to,  if someone could at least give me some closure or a story of someone who had something like this i would greatly appreciate it so much. thank you all
