I have been having these symptoms for awhile now and its very hard and depressing to live with... It started with the head pressure. Felt like my head was going to pop. Then I started having these headaches... Shortly after I started to feel the pressure behind my eyes... Then the off balance feeling came in.. That's the worse to me. I've been to the emergency room so many times with doctors sending me home and telling me that everything is normal. But I don't feel normal. This has put a damper on my life. Anyone else has similar symptoms and cure. Please feel free to let me know.I need to know that I'm not alone with this feeling. Not to mention, my anxiety levels has shoot through the roof because of this... I believe I have now . please help me

Hello! Sorry to hear about your problem, but I also have had and I guess have a little still this problem. I also have been to numerous doctor visits and dentist and eye doctor and neurologist  and dermatologist to rule things out for me, everything was normal and I’m confused cause this happened to me last year out of the blue.. thought of things that would cause this but I couldn’t think of anything... so after all the doctor visits I went to an allergist/ENT. They did an edocscopy.. nothing. Finally they did a allergy test and found multiple allergies. Just to tell you my age I’m 25 with no other health conditions ever so this was new to me. When this stuff happened to me all started when I started walking dogs as a job so I put 2 and 2 together and think it is just that. Bad pressure allergies such as nose canal, ear, head, eyes. I am now on Zyrtec and nasal spray and sinus rinse and also doing immunotherapy (look it up). But, good luck idk if you been to the ENT or allergist but might want to go cause sounds like you have what I have had. I definitely feel better now on these things although I still feel it sometimes but improving especially from immunotherapy, but good luck!

    Hi Dee,

Your symptoms sound like sinusitis to me.  Did they do scans while you was in ER Dee?  If they did brain scans and all was ok then you can rest assured nothing sinister is going on.

I would see an ENT specialist as a suggestion.

Good luck Dee and let us know how you get on.

    Best wishes and take care
