I have had tingling and pinching since 2 days of sex. HELP

IS THIS STD? i have had a tingling, antsy and also pinching sensation all over body after 2 days of oral sex encounter. at first it wasn't that bad but right now after only 10 days the tingling is very annoying/noticeable. Also I was in a hot tub when that happened, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. i have heard being in pool/public places may give you a parasite cause the ph levels of the pools are not good. I hope it is this and not an std. I have no visible sores and I feel alright other than the tingling/ant sensation.

    that sounds like herpes outbreak symptoms. u cannot catch herpes from a hottub or public pool. skin to skin contact only. are there any blisters or sores?

      not really, just the tiniest red dots on my skin that look like petechiae. I have no blisters/sores or any other symptoms. i have just been putting lotion on my skin and try to keep my body cool and hydrated and that seemed to help. i don't feel a lot of tingles anymore. I'm gonna get checked for std and will update in a few days.
