I have head ear sinus pressure is this just anxiety?

I'm always something wrong with me, some ache pain or numbness in my body.

This time I have a sinus ear head pressure, I feel tense and fatigued bored down hot tired eyes and feel tired. Had it last year too, same month worse during spring and summer.

My ear feels like there's something in them, sometimes they ache, buzzing ears, crackling when I move my jaw or when I move my nostrils.

To make it worse my anxiety has gone up. I can't seem to relax.

I find it hard to think, my head hurts trying to think and a discomfort behind my nose, it gets worse with the anxious bloating feeling in the chest.

Sometimes out of the blue, volume in my ears go down, then ringing in the ear, then feeling light headed and anxious.

I even get IBS like symptoms.

Been doing CBT because doctor thought being fed up of work, social anxiety may be relating to my depression.

I been doing yoga and meditation, I can breathe through my nose but get light headed.

Was given nose drops and spray for the second time last month, because I had lots of fluid in my ears according to doctot,it doesn't seem to do much, and it's nearly finished,in fact my anxiety levels go up just putting spray in my nose.

I drink a lot of water, plenty of fruits, sometimes too much liquid, but still thirsty.

I hate feeling like this, it's draining me, and i don't know what to do, it's making me obsessed with my health, and feel I'll never be better, that something is really wrong. It's hard to convince myself it's just anxiety and ignore it, or what is just anxiety and what's not.

Especially that sensation where I get light headed with no warning, waking up with tension headaches, or finding it hard to think or head feeling heavy i,e when going up an escalator or shaking my head.

Blood tests are always normal, had an eye test because I get pressure behind my eye sometimes, nothing serious.

I have the same feelings and symptoms that you have. I don't really know what else to do, waiting for my blood test results to come back but I'm sure it'll be fine just like every time I go to the doctor they say I'm fine but I just don't feel fine and am worried that there is something else really wrong with me, not just anxiety. I have good days and bad days and it really is exhausting, so you're not alone. I hope you feel better soon.
