i have Lots of Problems Sleeping Since i had my Son 26 years ago i can not sleep a full night at all.Then when i go to bed i stay awake all night.
As my brain things its time to stay awake and will nor sleep because my cardian rythem is messed up.
i hate this bern awake at night its horrible.
