I have noticed these bumps 6 months ago after a shave i dont know what caused these and would like some help in finding out what these are and if there are any solutions please

what was your sexual activity like leading up the the bumps appearing? This looks like a form of hpv and you should have them treated.

they could be harmless but they could also be molluscum contagiosum an std u need to visit your gp nd have them looked at to be sure

or like the person above said it could be warts im not 100%
