I have been suffering from mild tingling sometimes buzzing in my feet and hands It gets worse when I cross my legs and put pressure on hands is it ms?? Pls help me

Probably not, but who am I to say?
I have had issues with pins and needles in various parts of my body for years, including feet and hands. After a couple of MRIs, 12 years apart they say it is not MS. I have unexplained neurological symptoms. These in recent months have been made worse due CFS and Fibro, which I have been diagnosed with. It is no fun that is for sure.
