first thing is breathe. Use your belly allow no thoughts to enter your mind for one two solid minutes. Inhale count to three (belly expands) then slowly exhale (belly flattens) two minutes worth. If you have anxiety app use it if not find one you like and use it. Utube has a ton and long ones if needed. Healing mediations are soothing as well. Know this will eventually pass but the trick is not to fear it. It cycles if you feed into it with fearful or negative thoughts. It is your fight or flight response in your body telling you you are in a dangerous situation. A mal function if you will.as scary and shaky as you feel you must do the nreathing. A great idea is a mindfullness breathing video. It happens, im so sorry this is happening as you sleep but it does happen. In a bad pinch if you have benadryl tablet around you can try that for tonight. You should probably seek out some behavioral modification therapy as well. They can help you with techniques and such to better deal with panic attacks.  Get some audiobooks on cbt for anxiety so you can at least understand all this. Its a start. You can even listen to the audiobook in the background while yountry to go back to sleep. They even have apps for anxiety to play whilst you sleep. So much out there. Feel better you will get through this.

Give this a shot. Put a VERY LITTLE bit of water in your mouth, sit up straight in a chair, and breathe through your nose. This might be able to help you calm down.

Remember that panic attacks can't kill you. You are not alone. If you need anything at all, post on here or feel free to send me a PM.

    You can beat this

Good luck and all the best!

Fast heart beats may be due to anxiety.

Please consult a medical specialist for the panic attacks. Therapy or counselling would help.

Before sleeping try deep breathing or progressive muscle exercise (search on you tube).

Also, walk atleast 20-30 minutes a day. Eat good food and drink lot of water.

    Take care
