I have no gall bladder and feel nauseous and tired what can I do?

****Hi all, I have been feeling really nauseous for months and tired. It is worse in the mornings. I had my gall bladder out 25 years ago and have had issues with running to the toilet, incomplete evacuation of stools( I have been given a mini irrigation system to help me complete my stool movements. I had a colonsoscopy years ago that told me that I had diverticulitis, and I have also been told that I have IBS. I also have an overactive bladder aren't I lucky!

My main concerns at the moment are feeling nauseous particularly when I wake up, feeling congested in my ears, some brain fog and suffering from forgetfulness and feeling really tired a lot. I have had periods of a lot of stress leading to low mood and anxiety too. Recently I was given omeprazole but someone off here said it can cause memory problems. I am at a loss as what to do as I need to perform well at work, look after my children and do all my chores and feel up to doing exercise.

Has anyone found a good diet to help with some of the above symptoms? I am 48 and also pre- menopausal. I used to climb mountains, and go hill walking and generally felt a lot more energetic. I get a stuffy nose too and clear stuff come out if I blow my nose.

. Has anyone got any helpful tips on how to improve my health and energy. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

Sorry to hear this. Sounds like you first need to get yourself a good GP who will run the right test to help identify the issues.

Have you inspected your house for mould?

Mould can make you feel tired, foggy, anxious or depressed, stuffy nose and make you just feel ill in general. It might be on walls, hidden behind furniture or on clothing and shoes. Check for any damp spots or leaks on ceilings and walls. If your house feels damp and has poor circulation there could be harmful mould spores in the air that are making you sick.

You can have a blood test to check your histamine levels and test for allergens.

For diet, try eating clean. Cook your own fresh, unprocessed food, plenty of vegetables. Keep sugar, dairy, red meat and wheat to minimum. This should help to give you more energy.

    I hope this helps.
