I have no idea what lupus is, all I know is that my sister in law got it.

can somebody tell me what lupus is, what causes it and is there a cure for it? How does it effect your life and can you die of it 

Is this a age orientated kind of illness? Is there any cure for it?

    Lupus attacks the body's immune system, mistakenly attacks healthy tissue in many parts of the body, causes are many infections, toxins and environmental factors, hormones  , and genetic component run's in families. it can go into remisson, but for how long no one knows.
