I have no idea what this lump is. There are two of them on my thigh. Help

    It's not very clear on the photo but looks a little like an urticaria ie allergic reaction. If it is itchy you could try some OTC hydrocortisone and / or a an antihistamine. Check with pharmacy if you are taking any other medicines before using.
