I Have No Thyroid but I Lose Weight very Fast

It has been 2 years since I had my thyroid removed due to hyperthyroidism.

I have been losing steadily weight even with a TSH of 10.0 and T3 T4 borderline low.

My doctor insisted that I should bring the TSH to 1.5 or 2.0. And so we did and it remains steadily there for more than 9 months. T3 and T4 are somewhere in the middle so everyone is satisfied.

But I keep losing weight steadily and whenever I get the flu I lose about 3kg ( which is normal when someone is sick for a week) but I won't gain this weight back. It goes from there and keep losing even more. More and more people notice how much I eat and keep losing weight and some closer to me even started wondering how can that be.

They even said that if they ate that much they would not fit inside the door of their apartment.

I have no diabetes but I get dark spots on my knuckles and elbows which made me think I am diabetic but I run 3 tests and it was really really good with blood sugar and insulin in my blood.

No Addison's, I did this test.

Whenever I exercise my weight goes downhill pretty fast and I don't even kill myself in the gym.

Anyone experienced the same thing ?
