I have not been feeling normal for the past 6 months

As the title says, I have not been feeling so great or "normal" I would say for the past 6 months.

I've been to the doctors about 3 months ago to have my blood tested and ask what could possibly cause my problems. I explained that I seem to loose focus and that I cannot concentrate as well as I used to, I get dizzy and I get fatigue.

The doctor said that we would have to wait for the blood results to come in, in order to determine what could be causing my problems.

Few days later.. I get the results, and my liver seemed to be irritated, but the doctor told me that it is not serious and adviced me to cut down my drinking.

So I have took her advice and I have cut down dramatically (I used to have 78 units of alcohol a week, and I've cut down to 20 units a week).

2 months later... I went teetotal and only allowed

myself a pint of beer on a special occasion, but as I though that I'm getting better, another problem came up and it is still happening to this very day, and that is me feeling faint whenever I'm trying to go to sleep. When it first happened, I thought that I was just tired and did not really pay attention to it, but that started about 3 weeks ago and it is still happening. The feeling is hard to explain, but imagine feeling faint and combining it with the fear you get when you dream of falling.

So, on top of that, when someone is talking to me, I sometimes out of nowhere get this faint feeling, its almost like something hit me if that makes sense, and I noticed that I get this feeling when someone is a bit too loud.

  • I do not drink anymore
  • My diet is healthy and consists of loads of vitamins from vegetables etc kale...
  • I cut down on smoking, as I've read it can contribute to liver problems etc.. and now I smoke 8-10 a day, where in the past, I've smoked 15-20
  • I'm 19 years old
  • My dad has diabetes and my mom has anemia

I had my blood taken again about a week ago and will get the results on the 30th of this month.

Thank you for taking your time reading this, and I hope that I'll get some advice from you or an diagnosis what it could possibly be.

I forgot to mention one thing. I have diarrhea daily and I have to go to the toilet 2-4 times everyday, and this started to happen about 6-8 months ago.
