I have not felt well/myself for months, do not know what to do?

I have not felt well for a couple month now and I don't know what to do anymore. My symptoms are:

*fatigue

*feeling out of it

*spacy

*occasional head aches and neck aches

*eyes feel blurry sometimes

All of these symptoms are constant but seem to get worst at different times of the day. I have been to the doctor and have had blood work, and an EKG and all came back fine. Had an eye exam last week and everthing checked of there too. Doc thinks it is anxiety so now I am on Xanax. It seemed to help for the first week or so but symptoms came back. Also was taking Spironolactone for acne for 3 months and stopped that becasue doc thought it might have something to do with that as well, but I have been off of that for 2 months now. I just was wondering if anyone else has been feeling this way and I need some answers!

    Hi Michelle

    I feel for you

I can identify with all your symptoms and many others. We find we are exhausted and then worrying about it is even more tiring. I have gad this for three years now andit was assumed j was depressed as my mum died 24 months ago!

I was referred to psych dept and put on anti depressants. These helped my muscle and joint pain but nothing else .

I urge you to go back to your Dr for further investigation. Try and keep a diary. Rest when you need to if you can

Blurry vision and spacey feeling along with brain fog are some of the worst symptoms you don't say how old you are or if you have support at home ?

I wish you well. Hang on in there!

I live in Spain so I have just made an appt for a private consultation. At least there is time to talk then smile

    Best wishes

I am 23 years old. I have started a new job so it could be the stress of that? But I don't feel like I am worrying about anything other than my symptoms. I worry about not feeling well so it is just a big cycle I believe. Thanks for you info! I have a doc appointment on the 26th so I will see what she says again, but she probably thinks I am crazy!

I suggest you Google ME/CFS symptoms, and see it they seem familiar to you. Some key symptoms of this illness:  a deep fatigue (not a "normal" kind of fatigue); fatigue after any kind of activity or exertion; orthostatic intolerance; sleep problems; memory and concentration problems. If you have some of these symptoms, find an ME/CFS specialist, like an infectious disease doctor.

Sounds like a fungal infection. Are you willing to do a fecal test for fungal spores? If they found it, you will need prescription for antifungal/candida.

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) can help with fatigue. Take a spoonful and see if it helps.

But of course, take the test and fix the root cause.
