I have noticed this white patches on my penis shaft a week ago. What are they and what should I do?

imageI noticed them last week and i am pretty sure they are not older than that. 8-9 such spots have suddenly appeared on my upper shaft. They do not cause any itching or pain until rubber very hard. I am a virgin so i think i do not have to worry about STD. But these sudden white spots are worrying me a lot. Hope someone can help me with itimage

    Alex, it is good to know these cannot be sexually related. While it is possible you have had contact with something that has caused a reaction in your skin like this, it is fairly unlikely - so I am meaning a chemical of some sort.

    What is most likely is that you have a pigmentation change going on within your skin, of which the most common condition is Vitiligo. The other thing you could have going on is a condition that causes changes to the surface level of the skin, such as Seborrheic dermatitis, but with this condition the skin will go on to be rough and scaly.

    However, only a dermatologist would be able to tell you what this is for sure .....

      hello there...thanks for the reply.. however i don't think it is either of the two skin conditions that you have said...the patches are increasing at a very fast pace...

      Have you seen a Dermatologist, or a Doctor at least ....... ?

      If you want an accurate diagnosis these are the only people who can help you ..... !
