I've been having problems with bladder leakage for sometime. Now it is getting so bad I cannot make
it to the bathroom before urine comes out in a stream. Would an pissary work to help this problem and what are the pro's and con's to this?

I tried the pessary and it hasn't worked for me. You need to find the perfect right size and your vagina should have a compatible shape. For me no matter the right size I found, it was still a pain and in the end it is not a miraculous device that stop all the incontinence, usually that reduces it just only like to half but it varies from person to person. So for me it's just not worth it, but you could still give it a try.
I'm sorry for your situation, I've been through that worsening and at the beginning it's scary, but don't let it to get you down. Best tip is to absolutely wear a right adequate protection or even bigger than your average accidents, so that you can be totally confident in keeping your everyday life, meanwhile you look for a cure with doctors. There are many options nowadays to solve the problem, if you still haven't done it talk about it with an urologist.
