I have one ovary and PCOS, what are my chances of concieving?

When i was 15 (2005), i suffered abdomen pains, i was told i had a cyst on my ovary and had key hole surgery to have it removed, since then i have had my right ovary removed.
(2007) and then started getting cysts on my left ovary. In total i have had key hole surgery 5 times. (3 on my right and 2 on the left).
In februrary 2010, i was finally diagnosed with polycistic ovary syndrome, my consultant told me she had never seen anything like it and that i had "millions" of tiny cysts. I was also told i had a bicornate uterus.(although not sever)
I dont have excess hair growth, im the ideal weight for my age and height.(4ft11 and my weight varies between 7 and a half and 8 stone). The only symptoms i really get is irregular periods from time to time, and i go through phases of depression.
I am generally in good health, although i will admit my diet could be better.
I have been trying to conceive for nearly 3 years and have not had any joy.
I would like to know what my chances are of getting pregnant and im at higher risk of mis-carriage? if anyone has the same or similar condition, it would be a great help to exchange notes with you.

Like you I have PCOS was diagnosed when I was 30, I am now 35. I conceive natural in 2010 however it ended in a ectopic pregnancy. I have seen a consultant and they said once I reach my goal weight I will be able to have IVF it I don't conceive naturally during this time, as you have no problems with your weight why don't you ask your gp to refer you to a fertility specialist.
Wish you well
