i have only started to day to take these tablets.. i feel so sick.. i thought they would help me sleep but keeping me awake.. i feel also cool around my hands but feel sweaty also.. feel slightly light headed feel crap basically.. after what..4 hours of taking it.. wish i had not.. people talk of weight loss i am already losing weight at about 1lb a day.. although i do have a little weight problem i dont want this to take away my apetite altogether

have they stopped u from eating others in comments say it as them.. but some have said it makes them hungary...

    I started taking Lofepramine only 4 days ago. although I do feel a wee bit happier, like you they are affecting my appetite. I can go for a full day without eating & it will never bother me. I am never hungry anymore, I thought it was just me but obviously not. Good luck

    ive just been put on these today. took one maybe an hour ago. since i was 14 i started therapy. after 4 years, 9 reuptake inhibitors, 3 antipsychotics and valium(diazepam) and mogadon(nitrazepam) on several occasions(im on 50mg diazepam a day now too)...i'd say if you feel sick get your quack to give you domperidone 5/10mg and **** some **** **** to stimulate your appetite, i GUARANTEE you will be hungry and put on weight. or you could follow the system and get mirtazapine(SSNRI) which can stimulate appetite.

    but im 18 now and now im bipolar.

    went to the docs to get free pills for the weekend and now im bi polar.

    i have jus started taking these tablets today and i feel really light headed. They are ment to help me sleep but a feel more awake than ever, which is why im sitting here writing at 12:40 when im at college tomoro. I hope things get better (YN)

    ive been reading up on peoples experiences with lofepramine, and a lot of people have said it makes it harder to sleep..which is confusing because the label says it may have sedating effects.

    when i first started taking it (just over a month ago) it made me really sleepy but after a few days, i was finding it impossible to sleep. so now i take 2 in the morning instead of at night. if you do that tho, make sure you eat first cos otherwise u feel sick as hell!

    hang in there, it will get better soon..remember it takes a while for your body to get used to it/for it to kick in.
