If anyone can help me out. It is extremely painful for me to pass stool. If anything does come out, it doesn't look right and it has some blood on it. I also have had a fever. I just came back from vacation so idk if it's from the weather change. I have a few white blister looking spots inside my anus. I ofcourse researched everything possible and nothing looks like it.

What do the white spots look like? Are you sure it's not just piles aka haemerrhoids (spelt hemerrhoids in American English)?

I wish I can post a picture but I don't think I can? It looks like white sores but it doesn't look like herpes. It looks more like canker sores you see inside a mouth.

Also, it is very painful for me to use the restroom. It's painful every time I sit down, it's even hard to walk sometimes because I feel the pain.

Those symptoms are similar to the symptoms for piles, which are very common. If it's white sores though, then maybe it's something else, in which case I think you should see a doctor.
