I have painless lumps/bumps on penis, How can I cure them?

Hi,

As you see, I have these painless lumps/bumps on the tip and shaft.

Did not have them before, they popped out in the past few months.

I am 27 years old.

Are they dangerous?

How do I cure them?

I am a bit worried.

    i have similar bumps too , did you manage to go to any doctor ? if yes did he diagnose it ?

      In the mean while it would be nice if somebody could tell what it is and if its dangerous.

    i haven't gone yet but i think its due to masturbation and the lubricant used while doing it , i would suggest stop masturbating completely for at least 4 weeks and see the difference, dont forget to take pics before and after , in my case i only see new ones once i masturbate using lotion ,i didn't masturbate for a month and was able to to lot of difference in current bumps and no new bumps showed up
