I have persistent headache since 4 years that won't go away even for 1 second

Hi all, 4 years ago at night i feel brain jolt. something like my brain nerve had damaged. some days later i started feeling headache that increase with the passage of time. since then i have started to have many symptoms like stomach upset, sensory issues like weird touch sensation when someone touches me, brain jolts while asleep, dizziness, chronic constant mouth roof pain, upper teeth and upper gum pain. i don't know what's wrong with me. i don't have depression and stress. To date i have had many doctors check up but as far as i am concerned no doctor understood my illness till date. what should i do now, i am very tired with this headache
