I have pink bumps inside my vagina

i discovered these pinkish bumps they weren't there before. those are not itchy nor burning .. they're painless but im just confused why i have them.. also my vagina makes a weird sound after i pee as if it popped a bubble idk but the sensation feels like this too

i had sex twice for the first time and had a vaginal penetration too but it wasnt a pleasent experiance bc my vagina is not used to all of that .. i'm very worried but i cant go to a gynthese days that's why im hoping for some relief

    I have those as well, I was told it was VP. Had them for years nothing to spark concern

    These are most likely just VP, but you seem to have a bit of redness and irritation in the area.
