I have Plantar Fasciitis, barefoot is bad but it's the most comfortable

I've been told by my doctor that i have a case of plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I was advised it is bad to walk bare foot on hard surfaces but this is actully the most comfortable solution as i can walk almost fine in these circumstances. As soon as I start walking with shoes after a while it appears to hurt again...are there any comfy solutions?

Hhmmm....doesn't sound like PF to me. Sounds more like some nerve or ligament issues....but who am I?? Wish I could relate but mine is unbearable barefoot and only bearable with padding in a shoe....and only bearable is the word I am using.

Yes i find that as well Emma. But i do find that the execises help. ask your Doc to refer you to The Muscular Sleletal Unit. They may make you some insoles and give you some excercises that will help. It should eventually heal. good luck
