i have problem for my tibia and ankle surger

i am 36 years old i been accindent since november 24 2019 hit by car and it was fracture my sacral fracture,clavical fructure,tibia fructure, ankle fructure i got surgery to my clavical,tibia and ankle fructure after 4 week i come to the hospital for my left leg therapy for tibia and ankle fructure the doctor said i need to under go physical therapy 9 session i only take 2 session of physical therapy because its very expensive the therapy i can do to my own thats way i am not finish my therapy.i therapy my self on my home same the like doctor therapy now almost 10 weeks when i try to walk without crutches use of my chaire to not bearring weight my left leg i just ask if i allowed to walk after 10 weeks.

    My ankle fracture was healed at 7-8 weeks started PT

    Also expensive for me but I did it

    By 10 weeks walking with 2 crutches then 1 then just using boot

    by 12 weeks I was walking in sneakers

      can you tell what phisical therapy teach i mean what king of exercise because i need to teach my self how to therapy my self can you tell me how

    somebody last week on here told me to watch Bob and Brad on youtube - its helped me lots - exercises for your ankle and they are fun as well - try them
