Hi everybody,

Hope you are doing well .

I formerly involved with traditional wrestling and bodybuilding during ages of 15-20, and my shoulder joints injured during workout. I didn't care during ages 20-30, but I realized that there is a problem in my left shoulder. After working in office and laboratory, I felt much pain in shoulder and back of shoulder, so that I couldn't sleep. I visited several doctors and tried lots of treatment, but as my shoulders were shown in some tests such as Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to be intact, they told my it is not problematic.

However, during dry needing my back trigger points were healed.

Now, miserably, I couldn't bend my arms even for typing and working with lop top. I am researcher (Ph. D.) whose main activities are voluntary in some aspects such as social and cultural, issues, as well as environmental pollution, nevertheless, now I couldn't work as with changing my arm position the pain starts (any arm movement even putting it in the table).

I really appreciate if someone guide me.

Thank you in advance
