I have really bad anxiety and i need help.

I have really bad anxiety and I'm ment to be going for a CT scan and having a dye put through me, and I'm not sure how I'm going to get through it, I have already tried to have a MRI and I couldn't do it due to a panic attack I had.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    if your having bad health anxiety like i am you need to get these done so u no for sure that there is nothing wrong with you i have asked to have these done but they refused me saying it was just bad anxiety so please get these done you will feel 1 million times better when u do

    I had an MRI so I know exactly what you mean... ask for something to calm you before CT (most effective is benzodiazapine) but ask only for 2-3 tablets as they're highly addictive
