I've had these for a few days now, could they be from bugs? Some have been getting into my room through my AC unit. Or could it just be from scratching my legs too much? How could i treat them?

If these are only on your lower legs they could be flea bites. Do you have a pet? cat?if so,you may need to treat the animal .
Do you sleep with your legs uncovered? You could try spraying your room or spraying yourself with anti midge . Dont use the room one for spraying yourself though. Can you rig up a mosquito net?
They certainly look like insect bites so try to eliminate whatever bug it is and take some anti histamines,one a day for 2 weeks.

Thank you for the advice! I do not have pets but i will try the spray and anti-histamine. Hopefully it helps.

Did you ever find out what this was? It looks very similar to something i have at the moment except i only have 2
