      can you take some clear photos of the spots

      it sounds like it could be rub burn

      do you any lube when you masturbate. ? are you using soap to wash that area?

      i am not using any lube for masturbate, yes i am using soap to wash that area, and after washing in the morning it sees small amount of redness clearly after sometime means in the evening it becomes lighter as compared to after washing with soap in the morning.

      it does not looks accurately red dots its small small patches but it does not gone, i am waiting 15 days todays 16th day it does not becomes larger or darker, its stable as they are looking in 1st day to 15 th day. i am attaching the pics also.imageimageimage

      don't use soap, just warm water. ,

      use a water based lube to masturbate with

      keep the area dry

      you made need to try DermAid cream for a week

      but it is sure that its not any type of deasease beacause i am scared. its rub burn only or anything else beacuse its upto 16 days

      It is not a disease, don't use any creams on it. Your penis needs rest, as this is from over-use. Don't clean it more than once a day, only clean with water and pat-dry before replacing foreskin.
