I have red dots on my uvula and orange spots in the back of my throat what is it?

on the 17th of december 2020 i notcied my lymphnodes were swollen then last week i developed a cough,its not a normal cough its like a sneeze and cough i cant explain but it hurts a lot! i have orange lumps at the back of my throat the dr said it was a viral infection,now a week later ive noticed red dots on my uvula,has anyone had this problem and know what it is?

    I also have orange lumps at the back if my throat and one in the side of my mouth. Do they look like this?image (its on the wall of mouth)
