I have red rashes on my penis

from before 2 days i seen red rashes on my top of the penis, but no itching and no pain

    did you ever find out what it is? i've been having the same problem and its made me depressed. i asked if it was herpes too my primary care doctor and he said "it could be" wasn't very helpful
