I have red spot on my penis head for almost two weeks

Two weeks ago i had sex. Only oral sex was unprotected. Before and after that i mastrubate, maybe harder than usual. On the next day i saw this red spot. Im not sure if i feel anything, or if I, maybe it's because I put bad scenario in my mind. What could be balantitis, herpes or other STD? Or maybe from rubbing my penis harder?image

looks to be a friction rub. Try hydrocortisone on it. It doesnt seem to be raised.

Thank you for your advice, ill try it. Maybe i shold visit my doctor. But maybe i think that could be balantitis caused by friction rub. But for more than a month to stay i dont know, it`s not itchy at all and i dont have any others symptoms ...

    was it new partner?

    is the skin peeling?

    do you suffer from anxiety?

Yes it was new partner. The skin is not pealing now, but at the second day, part of my foreskin did . Sometimes i suffer from anxiety, but i had tested negative for HIV and syphilis so that is the reason to be calm now

there is a chance it could be lichen planus,

my recomendation is to do everything possible to deal with stress and anxiety, choose to live a grounded life, and improve health in all ways possible. i believe it may well be deeply linked to stress and you must take a deep look at the life tou are living and live in an honest, grounded way, that is nourishing for your body and nervous ststem. if you think that resonates with you then i advise to take this path.

i believe i have the same thing and after 2 years of intense research this is the truth more than any cream pill, the skin is reacting to stress levels and has gone in to overdrive.

Maybe after i had this test for these diseases i became more calm. And yes maybe fear, stress, anxiety play huge role in my case. Next week I will visit my doctor to figure out what we should do, and this also will help me to reduce my stress
