I have ringing in my ears and pain in my Right ear after a very loud gig!!! HELP!!

I went to a gig 3 nights ago and the music was heavy and very very loud. I was dragged into a mosh pit and was fine untill I was elbopwed in the side of my head so got out. Now I know that ringing ears are normal after a loud concert/gig but should I have pain going down the right side of my neck and a sort of numb sensation when I brush my hair on the right side. i dont know quite how to describe it, but it feels weird and not normal. Any advice??

    Hi

    Perhaps that elbow to the side of your head ruptured some blood vessels or even injured the ear drum.

    The numbness suggests swelling and inflammation.

    A visit to the doc would be a good idea.

      Thanks... I thought it may have had something to do with it. Best get on to my GP then.
