I have several issues going on in my body and cannot pinpoint it.

I am not sure what issue to pinpoint to identify what's causing these in my body.

1.) Sometimes I feeling cold and shaking without apparently reason

2.) I can feel a dull pain in upper left side behind the rib sometimes it moves down on left side of my stomach. Spleen? Kidney stones?

3.) Sometimes I get a single blood spot on my left hip without any reason. It goes away by itself. Sometimes I get 2 or 3 blood spots all aligned perfectly together in the same area. Weird. Happens 6 months to a year.

4.) My mouth is dry. I kept drinking water constantly.

The issues I am looking at is either I have diabetes or leukemia, or something else? Is it possible if you'd help pinpoint it?

Im 48, non-smoker, happy married, 6ft, 195lbs.

    have you had blood tests for what you are worried about? If not, just ask your doctor for a full set of bloods, a glucose test a kidney test, explain your symptoms and see if they suggest anything else.
