i have severe headaches whenever i am anxious what should i do?

i am currently feeling very sad,hopeless and anxious.Also getting a severe headache and also feel like throwing up

    often anxiety will cause blood pressure to increase causing headache and nausea.

    best to check this out and maybe get some alpraz, helps with anxiety and BP.

    many pharmacies have testers to use or purchase.
