I have small cuts on my clitoris how do I get rid of them?

I noticed today that I've got these tiny cuts that feel like paper cuts but almost look like tiny little blisters because they are quite round, right on my clitoris. There is about 4 of them and hurts to touch when I pull back the skin around it too much. I've noticed at times during sex that it's been a bit uncomfortable but didn't think to look too closely so I think they've been there for months. I don't have any other symptoms.

Any ideas on how to fix this with out going to see a doctor would be much appreciated.

I am sick a lot all the time so would rather not spend money going to see them once again.

    Hi its probably nothing but you do have to go to see either your GP or go to a walk in Centre for STDs I know this doesnt sound pleasant but you must not ignore this as it could be herpes which would definitely need treatment asap.
