I have some concerns about my period

Just for a bit of background info

I'm 28, I have two kids, I have crones disease, and i take anti-depressants.

This particular period is being very weird. I'm not bleeding free blood. There's no liquid. There's a little bit of brownish spotting and I occasionally pass red clots that are kind of the texture of uncooked shredded beef. They look more like hunks of flesh than my usual cycle.

The weirder part? No pain. I'm barely cramping, I'm not uncomfortable, I'm tired as it gets but that's normal. Since I'm not in any pain, I don't think I need to see a doctor. I'm taking vitamin supplements with plenty of iron to keep anemia at bay already. Any advice?
