I have the same thing on the right side of my glans. never caused any problems and my doctor said nothing to worry about. just a pigment thing.

With peeing at night: what age are you? Do you drink quite a lot of liquids in the previous 4 to 6 hours before going to bed? Can simply be part of what you are doing in terms of the total hydration you have during the day - or potentially, you may have a urine infection , or it can more simply be an age related thing.

As you work out a lot the discolouration could be linked to this - you need to get your post-workout hygiene precisely right.

So, you should never do a workout then simply head home without having a shower, then, after a shower, completely drying your entire groin, your penis itself, and of course, the head of your penis in particular.

A problem can be if your are still sweating quite a lot after a shower, or again, not bothering with a shower, then moisture could always be present between your foreskin and the head of your penis.

Yes, I am guessing you are not circumcised - if you are not, try keeping the head of your penis exposed with your foreskin fully drawn back after you have had a shower after a workout.

You may also have a specific form or dermatitis - one that it could be is Seborrheic dermatitis, this is most often an issue on the scalp or forehead, but can appear in the centre of the chest, or on the genitals - again this is often linked to the regular presence of moisture on particular areas of the body.

Check chest, scalp and face to see if you can spot any slight difference in skin pigmentation - either check in a mirror, stand sideways in a bright light and you may see the pigmentation difference on other parts of your body, or ask someone to check in a bright natural light for you.

If you spot any signs elsewhere on your body you will need to see a dermatologist for appropriate medication
