I have something in the lower part of my penis

I have something in the lower part of my penis. I am getting worried after reading post from this forum . This thing was there on my penis since a long time but not paining earlier but now when I pressed it's paining. I have no idea what it is and how to cure it please help me out everyone I am attaching it's photo below. please guide me how to deal with this. I am 21 years old and I have first noticed it 3-4 months ago it's also movable with the skin.

    it does not look like anything bad or anything to worry about to me, i think it is only a fat deposit or oil in a blocked foullicule, by all means get it checked, do not prod and poke it, do not make it irritated.
